New Security Collision

I was just recently involved in a accident with my 2024 BMW x5 and it was badly hit and a good friend of mine recommended new security collision because his whole family uses them and never had a problem. They handled my claim delt with my insurance company and started fixing my car as soon as they got the approval from my insurance company. What I even liked more about the shop is they are certified by alot of dealerships. That made me feel even more comfortable having new security fix my vehicle. My vehicle had alot if damage and they told me at the shop that it would take about 3 weeks to fix my car and they explained why and I was ok with the time frame and besides I was in a rental anyway.well I must say I got my vehicle back today and I must say im more then satisfied

This shop does a fantastic work!! I have a 2019 Nissan rogue… Would never bring it to any other place!! I got my car back today and it looks like it’s right out of this showroom!! inside and out nothing but classy people!! made me feel like family!! If I ever need work done again, I know exactly where I’m going!!! Thank you!!!

We have used this company multiple times, whether a new car's inspection pictures for insurance, or a collision repair. They have always been so kind and honest with us and help us through the processes, completely trust them. The price is right where it should be, and they do honest breakdowns of the issues as well. Now for the rest! They have two comfy single leather chairs facing a tv, a restroom, espresso machine, coffee machine (Keurig and flavored creamer), fridge, and microwave. There is also a normal wall outlet, so if you're waiting for a rental to show up or anything else that has a wait, bring your charger.

From the bottom of my heart i want to thank New Security for taking excellent care of my car and making it look brand new. Diana, Terry and the rest of the staff made the experience very pleasant and easy . From start to finish they took care of EVERYTHING I literally just had to show up. In a world where many bodyshops look to maximize their profits by cutting corners on their customer’s car; New security sets the standard across the board. I will recommend them to all my loved ones.
