“Q” as he goes by, sold a vehicle to my son under the advertisement that it was “mechanically sound.” He did disclose that there were a few physical blemishes, but did not disclose the truth, which is that he just wanted this POS vehicle off of his hands! After taking it to a professional mechanic, it’s not even close to being mechanically sound, and will take a large amount of money to even get it somewhat sound. I gave him the opportunity to make it right, by telling him we would return the vehicle (the next day,) for a full refund. He proceeded to tell me that he sold it “as is,” and he would do nothing to rectify the situation. Me and baby momma rented a Cadillac ATS 2017 from this dude on the turo app for a vacation trip for the weekend. This dude had the front bumper held up by zip ties, which the bumper fell completely off. This dude went through the turo and told them we hit something which caused the bumper to fall off. And caused me and my baby momma over a 1,000 worth of damages. I’m pissed, this dude had no remorse for my family. Imu pray for this dude.

I have purchased a car from Q and i will say his cars have always been good quality . No issues, very clean and warranties covering just about everything on the car. Q himself goes out of his way to make your car buying experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good quality used car!

On February 18th, I changed my mind about financing through his lender. I requested in writing, and Quintin verbally confirmed over the phone that I didn't want to move forward. Two days later without my signature on anything giving him permission to run my credit, he still ran an inquiry on my credit report on February 20th. I have reported this fraud to the consumer financial protection bureau. His inventory is old and overpriced, which is why I decided not to move forward in the first place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this fraudulent lemon dealer, dude is a scammer

Q was absolutely awesome, you ask questions you get your answers. I love my new vehicle, Not too mention he worked with me from start. If it wasn't for Q I would be driving a non-reliable vehicle with my 2 boys in it. Any problems that do arise you have 90 day or 3,000 miles warranty. I would recommend Q at NEW VISION AUTOMOTIVE!
