Newburgh Towing 24/7 Roadside Assistance

Called this place for towing and the guy recommended to his sons shop. Took them a week to return my car after denying their service because they wanted to charge me $3000!! All my car needed was a new battery. When I had my car returned they gave back my car without the front of my license plate and my driver seat door was messed up because they left the window open we it was pouring outside!! NEVER AGAIN. Youre better off somewhere else. Don’t take it to the shop the guy recommends.

This place dragged my car out of its driveway leaving 15 feet of rubber on the asphalt. Then they charged me an extra $50 for "skate fee"....liars. thieves. $425 for less than 24 hrs. Also stated cash alone would be accepted, or the car would not be released. I had informed the manager that I have used them personally multiple times this year , but this was disregarded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGATIVE 5 stars. Hopefully YOU'LL never have to deal with these predatory goons.

My car got stolen and this "company" charged me $500. They had my car for less than 24 hours. STAY AWAY! These people are not ethical and they will take your money. I am filing a complaint with Newburgh and I encourage anyone else who has been extorted by them to do the same!

The worst service i ever had!! They overcharged me, they did not fix my car properly and when i was driving my car back home i had to stop in the highway bcuz of a weird noise, and guess what, the underneath plastic cover of my car was loose, and was about to fall down. I went to that place bcuz my car broke down and i live in Brooklyn, so i thought it was going to be easier and cheaper solve the problem overthere (Newburg, NY) due the towing cost. But when i found out in others mechanics centers, i realized they overcharged me aprox 250% of the regular price, that's ridiculous! What it's funny, when i was there the first time they were arguing with a customer too. If you don't want to be scammed, so don't go to this place.
