Some of the newer staff could use additional training. It took me three phone calls and nearly 23 hours just to get a basic quote and information on a vehicle. I traveled over 500 miles to purchase this car and had requested a video walk-around beforehand, but only received footage of three sides. When I arrived and saw it in person, the fourth side had four noticeable dents—not just small door dings. I understand it’s a used vehicle and some wear is to be expected, but I was disappointed that this wasn’t communicated before making a nine-hour trip. I just purchased a used vehicle from Newby and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I worked with Madi and she was not pushy at all, the staff did not hound me as soon as we arrived, and everyone was very friendly. I felt like their pricing was fair(I checked everywhere to see if anyone could beat their price) and I walked away feeling like I got a great deal. We purchased a new Yukon and had a great experience with this dealership. Danny our salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He took extra time to orient us to the new vehicle and set up the screen and tech information. This was much appreciated and made the transition much easier. The processing part was quick and efficient, and we also appreciated the manager and accounting personnel. We would definitely shop here again.
