The owners Tim and his brother gave superb customer service. Brian the service manager is exceptionally well qualified, respectful, and knowledgeable at explaining and fixing our rv that had a water reservoir tank issue. I will only buy and recommend them in the future to anyone. These are decent honest people. 5 stars across the board!

First of all Newby's RV Sales is a Family Owned business and they do not charge a bunch of fees.They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and take their time with you. They make you feel like family. This is our second RV that we've purchased from them. The first one served its purpose perfectly for our needs at the time. This current one is perfect for our needs now. You will not get a better deal anywhere.

Not the RV of my dreams but this will do for the next 12 months. RV had much more damage to it then we were led to believe. Didn't see the full extent of the damage until after we removed some cabinets. It is what it is and making the best of it.

This is the second RV I've purchased from Newby's. Honest, straightforward, helpful. No pressure. Paul does a good job explaining the RV and leading through the process, Brien McKelvey is excellent with repairs and teaching features and how to use the RV. I recommend Newby's.
