I had an issue with my 30 amp outlet while traveling in the area. I saw that Newcastle had good reviews so I called and was told to come in the next day to have a look. My cord and plug was actually melting. They placed an order immediately to have the parts the next morning and in no time I was on my way again. So glad I found them. Even though I live 3hours away I will go to Newcastle if I have anything else that needs repairing in my van.

Absolutely super nice folks. Very friendly and helpful. Parts are reasonably priced. They took the time to answer all of our questions. A definite go to if you're in need of anything RV.

Our camper started having issues while traveling south, we called them and they had our camper repaired and us on the way within 15 minutes. They were kind, helpful and professional.

We were on the road and lost a sway bar. We called Newcastle RV because it was close to our next camping spot. Butch at Newcastle was fantastic to work with. He ordered our part and it was waiting on us when we got there. We tried other “bigger “ rv supply stores but they were not at all helpful, they just told us we would have to buy an entire new system. Thank goodness for Butch and Newcastle RV!
