I can recommend Newman's without reservation. There was a good vibe in the waiting room, as well as a fabulous large fish tank, beautifully maintained. They provided a loaner car at no cost. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and clear in their communication about services, time, and cost.

After receiving 3 emails and text messages from FOUR different phone numbers I've decided to leave a review. I went in for an alignment (ended up being $250 which seemed pretty steep for front wheel drive) after replacing pretty much my whole suspension myself. I did most of it myself but had another shop do the front struts and they were making a bad noise so I asked them to advise why that would be happening. They told me it was the steering rack and it was leaking and I needed it replaced and they can address it when I come back for an oil change. It is old and needs replaced eventually, but it's pretty easy to tell that's not where the noise is coming from when the tie rods are disconnected from the hub and you turn it back and forth and hear a loud creaking noise.
