Great customer service. Great Price , Honest people , Fast Smog , Owner was very informative when I came to get my old pick up truck smoged. I was the first one there when he opened up for the day. He let me know that it was gonna take about 15 mins for the machine to warm up and get calibrated which I appreciated. While that was happening he was helping other customers that came in right after me getting them all squared away also. Not a min wasted with this guy!!!

For the every 2 years dreaded smog check notice that comes with your annual car registration fee, I at least know there is a STAR compliance place I trust and actually treats customers respectfully and are NICE! I have brought my car here twice for the required smog check, along with their coupon on their website (by far the least expensive I have found), and am greeted warmly, and they are FAST! Phu (very friendly!) told me to plan for 30 minutes. I took a walk down to Dollar Tree (2 minute walk), back 15 minutes later, and they were done and car passed. No upsell for any other repairs. (Thank you!!!) Phu told me to wait a few days to pay my registration so they can get my passed certification sent to the DMV and off I went. Came in for a smog check with no appointment and went to counter with no waiting. Prior to arrival I pulled up a coupon for Newport &CM Smog. The attendant, who was difficult to understand wrote up the ticket with an amount and I said I had a coupon online for less. He informed me that was for last year and he could do it for $10 more than the coupon I had. Service was quick I was on my way with my passed smog cert in 10-15 mins
