Newton's Body Shop

I clearly stated three different times that I wanted OEM Ford parts only. Despite this, they installed an aftermarket windshield (PGW) instead of OEM. I was charged $426.02 for the glass, plus labor and scans — the same pricing you would expect for OEM glass. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from this shop unless you want to double-check every single part yourself.

Newtons was very helpful with the damage to my truck. They were very professional, accurate with the quote, and understanding with my aggravating insurance company (state farm). It was fixed the right way. They removed the bed and replaced the entire side panel. It was completed in a week and a half, not a month or more like other shops. Also, they actually seemed happy for me to be a customer.

I was referred to them by my dealership to fix my scraped up passenger side door mirror. I received absolutely fantastic service and they are friendly people. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in and through the whole process of getting my car fixed. In fact, they were all so kind, and in particular Jace because he was the person to help me (truly amazing guy who went above and beyond to help me). All of that is why I decided to choose them to assist me. The finished result is amazing! And the paint matches my car perfectly. I would recommend Newton's to anyone!

I had a cracked wishsheild that needed replacement and made several attempts with Safelite online which stated I had to drive to their closest location which was in Macon. After searching online for a repair shop in Tifton which is where I live, I came upon Newton's Auto Repair and it was the best decision ever. Great service with a pleasant attitude. Thanks so much! Newton’s body shop has been my go to car repair shop since I had my first car at 16. Today I had a very minor issue I HAD to get fixed before going out of town, and they were able to repair it within an hour. Thank you Newtons for always taking care of my car and providing great customer service!
