My agent Blake is wonderful!!!!! From the beginning he proved to be kind, thoughtful and very patient with me. I'm a 70 yrs young woman who was in need of house and auto insurance. Because of his customer service, I immediately decided to get bundled insurance. I believe that Blake is a people person and he went over and beyond to help me sign documents. Paul took great care of me. I ended up moving my primary house, rental house, and car insurance over. He made sure I understood the transfer process, that I was getting the same or better coverage, and I ended up saving money! Paul and staff have been amazing! Prior to moving cross country, I was able to have quotes done for my cars and home owner's insurance. Once we moved to the area, I stopped by to meet my local State Farm family. Upon entry, I was greeted with friendly faces. I had my children with me, and Paul immediately welcomed them in and had games and puzzles available for the kids to keep busy. The in-office staff is a pleasure to work with, especially Beth! It was not a big thing, but we needed to make a change to our policy as we had just bought a new car, and get our new insurance ID card. With one call to Jason, we were able to make all the needed changes. Jason was cheerful, knowledgeable, and very professional. The job was completed quickly and without incident.
