UPDATED REVIEW: I had my massage seat in for service due to a lumbar being fully inflated. After getting the truck back from Chris Saint-Vincent there were multiple scratches and dings inside of the door seal. As soon as I got into the truck I told them there were scratches and dings inside the door panel, Chris stated that he would replace the door seal and send me up to hear pant to deal with scratches and dings. Fast forward to my next oil change I brought up going up to heartland and asked him to set it up, I never heard back from him and to my surprise Chris no longer worked at the dealer. I then took my concerns to Scott Erich and he told me that he would loop in the service manager, which I emailed and sent photos and never heard back from anyone, I’ve had dings and scratches inside

Excellent place. Exceedingly friendly and courteous staff, got me in and out with an MVI on our RV. My only regret is not having another truck to give them more business with! Maybe later

I’m beyond blessed to have found this service department! I have a 22 Silverado that I had at two different Chevy dealerships around town. Both dealerships could not find any issues with my truck. Turns out there was an open recall for my turbo software which addressed and corrected the problem I was having. My service writer and technician went above and beyond to fully address my vehicles issues before my powertrain warranty ran out. This is by far the most competent service department in the greater Kansas City area. I’m not a man that is easily impressed as you can see by my other reviews. This place is just awesome! I am throughly impressed by this dealership. Scott Emrich is by far the best service writer I’ve had the privilege to deal with. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and updated. He even was able to get my Silverado diagnosed the same day. The part needed was back ordered. He said it could be a couple months. I was fine with that. He called me the other day and told me the part had arrived. I think it was only a couple weeks. I dropped off my Silverado and he was able to get it repaired the same day. Totally unheard of these day. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be referring Nextrans and tell them to ask for Scott. I have been in the automotive business my whole life and never seen such excellent service.

Started going to Nextran after Heartland in liberty said I didn’t have an appointment (even though I showed them a call screenshot and email confirmation). Called Nextran when pulling out of Heartlands parking lot, they said bring it right in. They guys in service always answer the phone, always have a solution to the problem. Technicians treat my vehicle with respect. I’ve had a few issues with my truck (some the trucks fault some mine) and they are always happy to help.
