Kaleb and Jose were super easy to work with. I came early to look at a specific truck. Gave it a test drive then took it for a third party inspection. There was only one issue with the truck; after NGFF had replaced all the brake pads they simply forgot to adjust the parking brake. Kaleb had the guys adjust it while we did paperwork and it was all good. No issues, no drama. Paperwork was simple and we made a good deal on my trade in. Not sure it gets any better than that. My husband and I bought a car from them about 7 months ago. The car has been nothing but trouble since we pulled off the lot. They gave it to us with no gas and no oil (my fault for thinking they would have everything ready). We had the car for 3 months and had to get a whole new transmission and now we are discovering that there is a leak and we’ve been driving with no coolant so I’m sure that caused some damage. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they will take care of you and make sure your car is ready to go before you buy! If I could get my money back and start all over I would!

This place is a pretty decent place. Small but active. Brian and Kaleb and Manning took real good care of me and made sure I had the best experience. Most of the negative reviews just had issues with their cars they’ve bought. But issues are bound to happen, and these guy can’t be 100% certain if the car would break down once it leaves the lot. I Give these guys props for doing their best in their ability to make sure you don’t get a bad Vehicle

I bought my car 2 months ago and dealing with NGFF was easy, the pricing was great, and they were willing to stay open late for me due to my flight arrival time and transit time causing me to arrive 1 minute before closing. I'm sorry, but I can't remember the salesman's name I dealt with, I think it was Caleb. He was fun to talk to, very personable, and didn't seem put off about staying late. He was knowledgeable and helped get the entire process done quickly so I could hit the road back to Arkansas. Here's the issues I had which result in the three star review, rather than a five star: - First, the tires were nearly bald and dry rotting. This wasn't a big deal to me because I was planning to replace the wheels and tires immediately, but seems to be a trend according to other reviewers. -
