Called for a quote on a repair because I went somewhere else to see what's wrong with my vehicle. They were so kind and courteous. They looked at my vehicle and told me what was wrong. The desk assistant actually looked at it herself. I felt very respected and seen. I was not being taken advantage of and they spoke to me like we are equals. The other place was demeaning towards me so this was refreshing and appreciated. Definitely recommend and will be back!! Thank you so much for treating me so kindly and respectfully.

Called to ask for a quote, guy was extremelyyy rude. Told him I will just take my business elsewhere then and he hung up 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit to add - other places were able to give quote and book appt without us having to drive there and potentially waste time first, no where else was rude and they made things easy, unlike this guy(: he was so rude about even just with his tone of voice when asking questions. Maybe learn how to treat potential customers before you go trying to defend yourself for losing business by treating people as if they are an inconvenience to you!

I had an issue with my car and called Niagara Automotive on a Friday morning @ 09:00. I spoke to Mike who was able to squeeze me in that morning. Upon arrival my car was taken in right on time, car was serviced and completed in a timely manner. The bill was fair with no surprises. Highly recommend.
