Listen !!! I've dealt with alot of used car dealerships and have trust issues. But zeff from nice guys auto is exactly that a NICE GUY.!!! He went above and beyond for me in ways most dealerships wouldn't. He is a solid man and works with people from all walks of life he is a genuine man and cares about his kingman community ♥️. We bought a van from Nice Guys and it's really a pretty nice van. Unfortunately we've only put 300 miles on it since we bought it's been in one shop or another since we bought it. I have been lied to repeatedly and will never do business with them again. Now the alternator has gone bad and once again the warranty has denied the claim So they want to "fix" the alternator and charge me nearly$500 to fix it, I would be a fool to let them do anything else to the va, they claimed to fix other problems but they still exist. The van is junk, it's an expensive piece of yard art. I wish I had never gone to nice guys and certainly wish I never did business with them or Westlake financial. Do yourself a favor, don't walk RUN away from nice guys you'll be glad you did.

I stopped in today to find out information on a vehicle. I spoke with the gentleman (sorry, I forgot your name) and then with Nikki when she got back with the vehicle I test drove. Both were very helpful and friendly. Their name "Nice Guys" is accurate. This is the first car dealer that I've worked with in the area where they didn't seem grimey and in it for themselves. They seemed like they cared about their customers. I'll be going back real soon. I'll update my post after my next visit. 😁
