Nick Collision Center

Took 4x longer to fix a golf-ball sized dent than they originally told me. Held my car over Easter and stranded me for the holiday. Caused me to miss a paycheck and a half unexpectedly. They got an attitude with me over the phone after I kept calling for updates (they missed 4 separate deadlines and left me completely in the dark). This has had serious implications on my life. I will spend the next month or two financially recovering from Nick Collision’s incompetence. They did not even apologize when I picked the car up. Very unsatisfied, do not recommend.

Nick Collision is a top quality repair shop with outstanding technicians and Jeff is a very knowledgeable and caring Manager. I highly recommend Jeff and Nick Collision.

Anytime I need body work from an insurance claim I will always go to Nicks Chevrolet Collision body shop.

Update: Ripped my bumper off and was willing to donadditional work I requested. Many thanks to Jeff for keeping me informed through the process. Supply chain issues and all they still got my car to me before promised. After hitting two deer in two different cars in two weeks, they were great. Will only do what the insurance company allows even when I offered to pay. Great job nonetheless.

A great shop that took great care to fix my vehicle. Jeff is an amazing employee to work with setting up the work and in aiding me to get an issue taken care of that showed up after the work was done.
