On a last second whim between Christmas and New Year's, my wife and I drove 7 hours to look at a Volvo to buy in the Denver area. I reached out to Nick to do a pre-purchase inspection. He fit me in his schedule and did me right. Spent a lot of time going over maintenance that I would need to do on the vehicle and they took off the lower body panels to look for any leaks on the turbo etc. The car was clean. He went over past engine codes that were no longer there. Living out of state, the shop wasn't going to see more business from us, but spent good time making sure we were taken care of. Edited 11/18/2025 Taking my vehicle back again as the part replaced failed this experience has gone from bad to worse. Inconvenient and discovering they are using sub-par parts makes this even worse. Not using Volvo parts - using substandard unmarked Chinese parts!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had for my 2017 XC90. I brought the vehicle in for a check engine light diagnosis. After being informed that a breather box replacement might resolve the issue, I authorized the repair, which cost $850. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem, and the check engine light remained on. Furthermore, after picking up the vehicle, I noticed that a piece of plastic was not properly secured. Extremely satisfied with my recent vist with Nick, went in to get my driveshaft replaced /oil change and been that it was an expensive part to replace I was extremely satisfied on the outcome. Nick diagnosed my car and gave me a price that was honest and didnt change at the end. He even offer his doner car for me to use while my car was getting repaired which save me money on rental or Uber rides, that is to me was the extra touch of true customer service and care. Will definitely be going to Nick for my every Volvo repairs in the future. And highly recommend it

I took my 2 Volvos to Nick's Auto Shop - 1 for a vehicle inspection and the other for a major overhaul. Both were expertly worked on. I appreciate Nick's advice and honesty. He does not oversell you and details every service, and the precautions I would be wise to take. Besides, his prices were great. Highly recommended. Tom

Nick was great. He explained what services were performed, and even gave a short lesson when I picked up my car on why I needed to do certain things a certain way, complete with diagrams. 10/10 would recommend, and will definitely go back.
