I’m very disappointed in the job that was done. For $300 inside and out in all the cracks and grooves inside the doors, part of carpet between the seats and between the seat and the door is still all dirty. I used Windex to see if I could get some of the dirt off. It came right off with the paper towel. The stains on the roof that he said could not come off without special treatment that would cost $250came off with a wet paper towel. All it took was a little rubbing.. The so Called Stain on the wheel rims came off with a little bit of rubbing! Definitely was not a professional job! Carpets in the front of the vehicle are mussing and when questioned about it he didn’t even remember doing the Jeep! I also never mentioned the dog hair but the outside of the vehicle was awful!!! Nick did an excellent job with the interior detailing of my car, making it look as good as new! He was very thoughtful, and even applied conditioner on the panels and dash to prevent UV damage, for no extra charge. Highly recommended.

Within 1 hour of submitting a quote request online, I received communication. Nick was very responsive and very upfront with the services and pricing provided. After some discussion, we were able to schedule service within a few days! When dropping the vehicle off, Nick was very polite and professional. He explained what was going to be done and any extra costs that could be incurred. By being upfront with the pricing and services we were going to be receiving, we felt very confident leaving our vehicle in his hands. We recently purchased a vehicle that had bad smokers smell. I talked with Nick about options and he was very honest about the issues in removing smoke. We gave Nick a try and was very satisfied. For us the results were great. The only smell remaining is from the duct work which was out of scope for this job. We will be returning to Nick for exterior detailing and we highly recommend him for all your detailing needs.
