I purchased a chain from this company through eBay Long story short the chain had failed and snapped destroyed my engine case contacted the manufacturer GT sprockets they are stating the Jane failed due to wrong chain being sold to me contacted these company and explained to them the situation and was very ignorant and rude did not even look up my order number to see if there was a mishap straight away denying any thing you not buy from this company I am out $2,000 for a replacement used engine now due to them selling me the wrong chain The chain is not even a year old less than 2,000 mi on it JT sprockets claims that the chain they sold me is off-road use not for a street bike

Hands down the most knowledgeable, friendly shop I’ve been too. I’m not sure of the girls name that was working but she sit down with me until she tracked down what I needed for the quad. They got 100 percent of my buisness from here on out. Thank you

I've been riding for about 2.5 years now, and for the life of me couldn't find a motorcycle store online or brick and mortar that could get it right. Well I'm from new orleans and needed a last minute part that these guys had in stock and they promptly shipped it overnight via usps where it arrived 24 hrs after I spoke with them on the phone! They are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Will deffinitly check back here next time I need a part! Thanks!!
