Overly impressed is an understatement in regards to the service and treatment I have had with Packerland Auto. I by no means have a fancy vehicle, yet have been treated with great respect and quality workmanship. I was not questioned or belittled when I thought there was still an issue with my vehicle after getting it back. I was instead advised to drop it off whenever was convenient for me and that they will make it right! Which is what they did. Mike has been beyond accommodating; a true “home town” vibe and feel. No matter if I need something minor such as an oil change, or something major like a transmission/ I will undoubtedly be bringing both of my vehicles here in the future. I will also be recommending them to family and friends!

Do not trust packerland tire, brought my car in because brakers we making a loud screeching sound, even when not hitting the breaks. Pqckerland quoted over $400 to replace break pads and rotors. I brought it to my father inlaw to take a look and found a stone lodged between the rotor and splash plate

One of the best independant automobile centers you can take your vehicle to, Mike is awesome customer service, prices are right inline with others and cheaper than taking it to the dealer, High;y recommend Packerland Auto!!

After having issues with my vehicle they were able to work with me and communicate the solution to fixing the vehical and worked with me with me on the price

Absolutely no communication after dropping the vehicle off was told it would be done by 1:00 that afternoon showed up nobody was there to do it hadn't even started it called the next day they finally started it but it was something happened and they had to try to fix something else but really they just charged me twice for the same service. Highly do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this place unless you don't need your car and you want to be overcharged
