Great customer service, grade A for vehicle service and repair and most of all Nima makes you feel like family. Thanks for the quality service bro. I’ll be spending more money again soon!

We took our car to Nimas for repairs twice. The first time was the air conditioner wasn't always cooling and it was fixed properly. The second time which was the most recent, the work was not done although we paid for it. Another mechanic checked and the new part we bought and gave to Nimas for installation obviously was never changed. Plus the car was running badly as it was before the work was supposedly done. It was probably returned to the auto parts store where it was purchased near the shop for refund. So on top of the part we paid for, and the labor charge, plus we had to pay someone else to do the work, we were pretty much robbed. I wonder how there could all positive reviews for this place. Stay away if you need quality repair work
