My previous experience with Nimnicht Collision & Nimnicht parts has exceeded my expectations and today was no different. I ordered a passenger side door mirror assembly for my 3500HD from Ashley in parts, she had it in Jax the next morning. She then coordinated getting it to Alan at the collision center. I arrived at the collision center at 8:20am the next day and Matt completed the install by 8:45am, less than 30 minutes later. Ashley, Matt, Tijuana, and Alan displayed great teamwork and they understand the importance of uptime when the vehicle is your work truck. 10/10! Chris and everybody at Nimnicht Chevrolet collision was great to work with. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and understanding. The staff are very thorough from start to finish. I did not have to worry about anything at all whatsoever from the tow truck dropping off of my vehicle. They handled everything from the insurance, inspection, rental car process, to delivery. I was regularly updated on the progress of my vehicle and given an anticipated pick up date (dependent on insurance cooperation). I am 100% completely satisfied with this collision shop (hopefully I never need them again) but if I ever do, they will definitely be the people I trust with my vehicle.
