The is hands down the best service center in the San Antonio/Boerne area. Luis Rodriguez is the phenomenal service manager and is committed to keeping you safe. I bought my car from them last week and an unforeseen issues came up with my car after I bought it. Not only did they fix this issue, but they filled up my gas for the inconvenience. They even game me a ride to work while they worked on my car. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe before returning it. Luis has kept in communication with me and walked me through every step of the repair. I will be driving in from San Antonio to get my car serviced here simply because of the experience I had after my purchase. 100/10 recommend buying your car here and having your service done by their competent team! As a lady of 91 years, I was received warmly at Boerne Nissan and referred to my service advisor, Mr Tevin Hernandez. He explained the services that my car needed. (We bought that vehicle and had all services from this dealership since October 2015). Mr Tevin assisted me to the lovely waiting room and proceeded with the work on my vehicle. In a very short time, he returned to advise that the needs of my vehicle were completed. Then he assisted me to my clean and liberally serviced vehicle. I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Nissan of Boerne. My salesman, Colt, was very communicative and receptive from the start. He went above and beyond to have the truck ready for me, especially knowing I was driving two hours to get there. He even lined up a few other options in the same price range I was looking for, which I really appreciated. His sales manager, Doug, was also excellent; very understanding, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
