David took care of my service today even while the business was extremely busy. He handled it very well, remained professional and deserves more than just verbal recognition. Definitely will be back and trusting going forward in the future!

I will create a new review once we have received the completed warranty work. Currently: Zero communication Poor efficiency Unreliable quality of vehicle Ryan and David have horrendous customer support and lack care and urgency for their "customers" We dropped off our 2024 Nissan Pathfinder immediately when they opened on Thursday 11/20/25 for warranty work. Our seat upholstery was defective and they said they would submit the work order to see if it was covered. It is covered and they were going to try to get it done quickly so hopefully we could have it back by end of day Friday, Thursday morning if were lucky. They said it was great that we brought it in first thing. Never heard from them on Thursday. Then WE contacted Ryan Friday morning to see where we were in the process. We were

I brought my Rogue Sport in for a 90k routine maintenance. The service manager told me about 8 things that I needed to have done in addition to that. 5 of those were supposed to be done at 60k. I told him that they had done those at 64k while I was looking at my receipts from their shop. He could find no record. 2 of the items - the front brakes - he said were at a 3 - and the battery which he said were weak - I chose to take to another shop. I took the car to Les Schwab. The brakes were at a 6 (very good condition) and the battery was 501/650 - very good also. This shop is clearly deceitful.

They will scam you don’t go here! They’ll tact all type of fees on after you get a car. Finance department sucks. They took almost 3 months to give me my plates. And it’s been 4 months since I cancelled my unwanted gap and it still isn’t cancelled. They’re scamming!!

All the people that work there are super nice. We had Alex as our sales person and he is the best. Even after the deal was done, he contacted us to see how we are and if we need anything. The service people are very nice and patient. I highly recommend this place, if you are into buying a new car.
