Excellent service, friendly staff. We took our car( a Mazda) in for state inspection at the last minute. They did a complementary inspection and washed the exterior of the vehicle. We will definitely return again. Thank you Adam!!

Deceptive by Design!!! I made an APPOINTMENT on their website for service. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 2.5 hour wait before they could even start on my car. I reiterated that I made an appointment, and they stated that it doesn't matter. All service is first come, first served. This makes it obvious that the appointment calendar ONLY exists so that people THINK they will be serviced at a specific time. The ONLY purpose of this calendar is to DECEIVE people. Such overtly deceptive practices should be illegal, and Pohanka should be ashamed of themselves.

It's 1-18-2025, I purchased a 2021 nissan Murano in 2021, had service done there always. Today I go at 6 am to get my oil changed. I gave them a $20 coupon off for oil change and tire rotation. We'll I purchased new tires on Thursday and front end alignment, so i told the service guy miguel, i don't need my tires rotation, just oil change. Went to pay using cash, he told me the cost was $88.83? I question this, because I've had all my oil changes there and use coupon when I had them. I called before going to specifically asked how much an oil change was. I was told $89.99 , apparently whomever the gentleman i spoke with Friday at 11 wasn't correct. I was told today it's $95.87 so I ask where the discount of my $20 coupon was, he said because I didn't get tires rotation, he only took $

I'm a new Nissan owner. Recently bought one from the original owner who always had the Altima serviced at Fredericksburg Nissan. Adam Z helped walk me through the service process. If you are an early riser, 6 am is best time to arrive.

Would like to give Pohanka Nissan Service a thumbs up! Mr. Bobby is an excellent service advisor. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with directly a couple of times on service for an Armada. Always very pleasant and he provides the whole picture of any recommendations and the reasons why. This last visit he saved the day in regards an alignment issue. Please keep Mr. Bobby! Thanks much!
