Don’t get mad, get restitution. I’ve been waiting for 9 months to review Nissan of Huntington’s Service Department. I believed I was taken advantage of and was given selective information from the SD and after unsuccessful conversations with the Service Rep Santiago and Service Manager Anthony Cordone I took it the next level, I contacted NYS DMV! I made a complaint and won! I received a full refund. If you find yourself in a similar situation, do as I did, file a complaint form VS-35, dmv.ny.gov/forms/vs35.pdf. And document everything when dealing with Nissan of Huntington. In addition, be careful of dealing with there sister dealership in West Islip as they are the same owners. I was lied to about ordering an actuator and was told that my warranty would hold up even though I couldn’t get there before it expired. When I showed I was told I had to pay for it. All 4 of my car door locks do not work. Returned to have them look at the doors since an advisor told me they could look at it and then let me know the price. When I arrived I was told it would cost 370 to even look at the doors. I told them not to touch the locks. Asked them fix an issue that I’ve complained about 3 times and was told it was fixed all 3 times. They wanted to charge me to look at it again for the 4th time because the warranty was expired.
