I was serviced by Nissan of Middletown NY at the end of December. My car battery died on me. I spoke to Camryn who was so helpful in helping me arrange how my car could be towed to the Nissan in Middletown and what the tow driver needed to fill out. Then, once my car got to Nissan Camryn was very communicative about everything that was going on with my car and what needed to be done. She confirmed that there was an issue with my break that was causing my battery to run out faster. This issue was fixed along with my battery. They helped me on short notice, did a full inspection, they told me everything I need done to my car to make sure it was in good shape in accordance to the milage and model of my car. Grace and Camryn were very helpful and I'm very happy with the quality of service they provided. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who doesn't have a family mechanic.
