Gavin and Nissan of Paducah made our car buying process seamless, this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Gavin was extremely communicative, we were able to get almost all the paperwork completed before we arrived at the dealer, I refuse to spend hours in a dealer with pushy salesmen and piles of paperwork. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from Gavin and would absolutely do it again! He had everything ready to go, 20 minutes later our car was traded in and we had the keys to our brand new Pathfinder Rock Creek. Thanks for a great experience, this is how car buying should look!

We took our car in for a simple recall. This was the first time that we had used their service department. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got our car back quickly and they even did a 47 point inspection and even washed our car at no charge! Thank you!

I am writing this review as a clear warning to anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox from this location as-is. In less than five months of ownership, the vehicle completely failed, went into limp mode, and became unsafe to drive. After having the vehicle inspected by a qualified shop, I was provided with written documentation showing catastrophic engine failure, including but not limited to: Timing chain stretch Engine jumped time Bent valves Cam cover worn through by the chain Cracked exhaust manifold Extensive valve and timing system damage The total estimated cost to repair the damage is $5,870. These are not minor issues. These are not routine maintenance items. This level of engine damage does not develop suddenly from norm

While we're not impressed with the Nissan Frontier transmission that had to be replaced on 24 model truck with only 17000 gentle miles, we were EXTREMELY impressed with the Service Department, particularly with Danielle who was professional, proficient, customer oriented and friendly! During our warranty work we had a beautiful Murano to drive which was a tremendous help to us. Top notch service all around!! 5++++ stars!!
