Nissan of Thousand Oaks Service Department

In the past I have given poor ratings of Nissan services in TO. However, today Fabian my service advisor gave me excellent service. He was above & beyond expectations. Not to mention very friendly, professional, informative & answered all my questions! Now I feel better about returning there for services. As he will always be my "Go To Person" when I need anything done there. He even found me a coupon which in turn saved me money! Bonus!! Fabian YOU are the BEST! Keep up the Great job you are doing.

Dropping iff the car for services like oil change tire rotation and similar before 10am, meams I am out and back on the road by noon. The department is very detailed with their insoection givinf pictures and reconmendations to your service representative who goes over those with you. They also have water coffee and cookies while you wait making the waiting more bareable. If you dont want to wait they also have a shuttle drop off and pick up to help people more busy that myself. Plus they add a gree carwash which is nice. Overall a good place to do take the car in espcially during a heat wave so you can enjoy the air conditioning.

The service was excellent. Alba Ramirez helped us through all the details of what was needed. You guys have someone special there in her. She was both personable and extremely helpful. She’s the reason we’ll keep coming back. So appreciated. Also - Mathew, the young gentleman who gave us the rides while we waited on the service was super nice. Thank you to the mechanics who serviced the car too!
