Nissan of Tifton Service

Called and asked could they squeeze me in for an oil change. Had to make an unexpected trip out of town and my oil maintenance light was on. Not only did they say yes, they also said I might have to wait a little while. It took less than an hour!! I feel that those lifetime oil changes are a great benefit to me! Love Tenneson! Have recommend them several times! My nephew even bought his first new car from them!

My car broke down while I was traveling. I didn’t know what to do. AAA sent me to Tenneson Nissan in Tifton, Georgia. It was the best thing that could have happened! Brian Murray took me under his wing and made me feel safe. When I found out that my car would need a new engine, he got me a loaner car so that I could get back home. Not only that, he found a brand new engine, which was installed in my car! You wouldn’t believe it, but I love my little car! I am *so* happy that I happened to end up at Tenneson Nissan. When the car was *finally* ready to pick up, I was ecstatic! But the engine light came on before I even pulled out of their parking lot. This post is from a long time ago that I felt was needed to share, and since then Nissan has issued a redial only 2021 that they’ve changed to an extended warranty period that include if my engine is one of the bad ones , I’d need to leave my car for at least 2 months while they repair the engine yet offered no real solution on how to replace my vehicle as they no longer allow customers to use “loaner cars from the rental side of their business. I’ve since gone back to have both cars (2018. & 2021) serviced to the tune of almost $18””-$2000 total…. Late last year I’ve had one of the worse experiences ever a couple of weeks ago and right now I’m currently back at their franchise for an issue I asked to be checked out on my 2nd car during this recent service and not getting better much to

The best customer service and quality service repair hands down. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Grandson could not leave without his photo opp with the car fox.
