Nissan of Torrance Service

Really liked the "all point" inspection, which came complimentary with my oil change. There was a video of the inspection emailed to me that allowed me to see what else was needed to keep my baby running perfectly 👌 Useful discounts were given that really helped. Future follow-up appointment was made. Torrance Nissan is, without a doubt, the best Nissan dealer in Southern California. 😀 Capri was the representative who helped me through my service appointment.

The first times I got my service there was Fast and efficient this last time I went was horrible. They took three hours to do my car and it turns out that they didn’t do anything for three hours. I was just sitting there for nothing wasted three hours of my time there I didn’t even get compensated for the time or anything. The only thing that Manager told me well you could bring the car and then we’ll give you a loaner next time you come that’s BS. I’m never going back there again. This is the service department. This was only for a tire rotation cause they forgot to do it the first time I went.

Capri was amazing. She took great care of me and made sure I was taken cared of at 2 occasions since my car had different repairs. The main one was rats eating the wires in my motor and another incident that happened right after. She made sure I wasn’t stuck without a car, calling my insurance, my warranty, and did everything she could to put me at ease. Thank you Capri. Everyone who has a chance to have her as your advisor is a lucky person

I had an appointment on 10/4/2023 at 8:30am. I got there a little early but was seen right away. The advisor who helped me was Alisa. She was very sweet and informative. I was done in about an hour. I love going to this Nissan.

My experience at Nissan of Torrance was great. Capri was so helpful. She was literally a cheat code in-service. Without saying a word, she already knew what I wanted and needed in my car service. Probably the most I said was yes and thank you throughout the whole experience. Which I truly loved. Capri was so nice and friendly and courteous throughout my whole ordeal. I took comfort in knowing I was in good hands. I hope she is my rep in all future visits to Nissan of Torrance. I now have a high impression of Nissan of Torrance due to her customer service.
