Great experience. At nissan of windsor. Im fairly new to the area so i dont know about any shops I decided to put my faith in them. Even though I didn't buy my nissan from this dealer, they treated me more than fair in service, price, and accommodation. I would highly recommend any day.

When we took our car 2 weeks ago they tested said nothing wrong monitoring it and if the issue happened bring it back so the issue came back I booked an appointment for today the attitude of a front desk assistant was rude he want us to diagnose the car I had to bring the book and showed the problem then I walk to the service desk it was a nice lady I explained to her the problem in the mean time it was a technician sitting there he asked me some questions and he said he will look at the car a tested and he came and told us what was the problem I asked him what is his name said Stephan very polite and the lady as well was nice came and asked us if the technician explained to us great customer service you need to keep up the good work and keep good people like the lady and the technician bu

Very punctual and professional. 100% recommend their services. They use top quality Nissan certified products. Free car wash on exit. Many dealerships should learn from them. Waiting area very comfortable, neat and clean.

I had a great experience at Nissan of Windsor today. Amanda was great at the service desk. She knew exactly what I was there for, explained what would be done to the vehicle and contacted me promptly when the work was done. Mark, the shuttle driver, great guy!
