Nissan Service Center

I came in to Nissan repair today to have an oil change along with a variety of other items reviewed. This is the second time that I came in for this type of service but the only time it was completed. The other time that I came in I was told they were running behind and that It would take approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hourst to wait for an oil change. I didn't want to wait around for all this time so I rescheduled. People are kind enough & knowledgeable but I wouldn't return unless I had a coupon for service.

I received a recall notice from Nissan for the replacement of a specific part in my vehicle. When I arrived at the service center, I expected to receive a loaner car, as I need to work. I am self-employed, and I need to travel between job sites, meet with clients, communicate, and supervise workers. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service I expected. The staff were polite and helpful, but I was disappointed that I was not provided with a rental or loaner vehicle during the repair. So, friends, please keep this in mind: if you receive a recall from Nissan, do not expect to be provided with a loaner car.

Kevin is a wonderful service advisor, in fact, he is the best I’ve ever had. He has a lot of knowledge in the field, attends to needs promptly, and resolves issues more than fairly. Thank you Bellingham Nissan for 2 vehicles and for being my service provider for over 6 years!

They repaired a tire for me and did a fine job. The technician was able to locate the lug nut key and jack, which I couldn’t find and neither could Les Schwab! Learned a few things about my Nissan hiding places! It was a bit of a wait, but I did not have an appointment.

The service department replaced the power steering return hose, installed wrong part "hose was to long" see pic. The repair created a serious problem, I took it back service reck inspected diagnosed power steering pump damaged ( two days later) I was given an appointment for three days later, I dropped the vehicle off showed the new service writer a picture of what they had installed and why I thought was the problem. Technician corrected length of hose and problem solved. I did not have a vehicle for five days due to the failed installed part the first time.
