I was a bit early for my appointment. They were ready for me and got me in early. Oil change and checkup. Found out there were a few small recall items and the service tech offered to take care of them if I had the time. They gave me a ride to the shopping center so I could do some Christmas shopping rather than sit in the showroom and wait. Called me the moment it was done and told me to take my time shopping, just call when you want to be picked up. My car was ready for me when I got back and the service counter transaction was quick and friendly. Highly recommend!
Nissan service has alwasy been fast, friendly and professional. I never feel like I'm being "sold" a service I dont need and staff does a great job of explaining everything that was done to my vehicle. I will continue coming back for all my service needs :)
They did everything in very timely manner. Walked me through all the service they would be doing to my car! Very kind staff!
