Nissan Service - North Strand Nissan

Whatever you do don’t buy a car from here. I’ve had to take my car in twice and i just bought it not even two months ago. The first time i brought it in they fixed the sensors and then the next week the throttle broke. When i took it in to fix the throttle they reprogrammed the computer so much that they fried it. Then they charged me for a new computer even though it wasn’t broken before i brought it in. On top of all that they kept my car for 6 days!!! They offered a rental but i am not old enough for one so…. They couldn’t really do anything for me. Overall I’ve had a terrible experience with this dealership and service department. Will never buy from here again.

Appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and professional . Kept me informed of everything being done to my car.

We have purchased 2 vehicles there. The staff is top shelf. Not pushy or stressed. Very friendly and professional!
