Wonderful place to rent a vehicle from. Decent prices, clean rentals, great customer service. John especially as he let me extend a rental on short notice. Great communication and friendly!

John took my call on a Sunday morning and drove 1.5 hours round trip to help us get a car rented when our car broke down. He was kind, responsive and flexible when our plans kept changing. Excellent experience! As a seasoned traveler, this is among the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

John at Nisswa Car rental is a life saver!!! I needed a car before Monday but was stuck in the twin cities until after 9pm on sunday. He was wonderfully able to accommodate our need for a rental before monday. Working with him was easy. We also weren't sure how long we needed the rental and he was flexible and helpful there too. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

This guy saved the day for me. My car broke down on the way to a wedding. He stopped what he was doing immediately (on a Saturday) to go get one of his rentals ready for me. I’m so grateful and appreciative. Prices were fair & no $300 deposit like enterprise rentals! I really enjoyed the Mazda vehicle I had too. You don’t get this above and beyond service at commercial rental car companies!
