We called Turner Towing as we had broke down in Jenkins, MN. We are from out of town and needed a tow. Haataja Automotive in Brainerd, recommended them. They were to us within an hour. We appreciated their help as we were stranded and 6 hours away from home.

Waited for 2 hours when they were 10 minutes away. The guy who arrived had no idea what he was doing. Told us that if he would have known we had a diesel truck, he never would have taken the call. His equipment jumped our truck just fine. The lady who was the dispatcher was super nice.

Super quick, kind, waited for a parent to arrive when he didn’t need to! 5 star service!

I had a great experience with this firm. Whenever you're in need of tow services, stress is already probably pretty high in your life. These guys do their best to ensure they make your day better instead of worse. My technician, Zach (sp?) was, prompt, professional, personable, and efficient. I hope to never need a tow in Crow King County again; but if I do, I am calling these guys.

What a lifesaver! My keys got locked into my vehicle on a very hot day with my dog inside. Turner was recommended by another locksmith who would not be able to make it out in a reasonable time. Turner showed up VERY FAST and helped me avoid a very sad situation. Employee was kind, calming, and had some great stories on top of that (after the dog was freed of course).
