I had a great experience with Jacob at this car dealership from start to finish. The staff was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured.

While entering the dealership, a Sales Professional named Jacob, greeted me and made me feel welcomed. This was extremely important to me because of the uncertainty of purchasing a new vehicle. Jacob was able to help me to find a new vehicle within my budget. I can not put into words how grateful I am with the purchase of a vehicle. I would recommend the dealership for new car buyers.

Andrew at NJ State Auto was such a pleasure to work with. The whole team here was very accommodating and easy to work with. They took my trade-in at the price I asked for, negotiated with me on the purchased vehicle's price, explained all the financing terms clearly, and didn't pressure me at any point. Andrew had great patience and understanding as I test drove 3 different cars. All in all, a great place!

It's hard to give five stars when our rapport is still being built. But it's damn near close. NJ State Auto, especially Ritsi and Joe, are personable, patient, knowledgeable, and get right to the point respectfully, without beating around the bush. I look forward to seeing them again in the future
