feel grateful that I have found this auto service shop . They did an outstanding job to my car. My car had this problem it kept making noise every time I would brake, And it was an continuously problem. I took my car to three different auto shops, And nobody could figure out what was the problem my car had, But instead they would give me a false diagnose and charge me over $700. I came across with NJB auto service inc, I’m so grateful and relief I’ve found them, They are honest and they know what they doing . I highly recommend them over any other service shop in the area.

I'm never coming here again. I asked Bruce to change my starter and he did without diagnosing my car. When I told him the problem was still there he said, "I did what you told me to do." When is a mechanic supposed to just take the word of the customer for the problem? That's like asking a doctor to remove your appendix because your stomach hurts and them saying "No problem." Bruce blamed me for telling him what I thought the problem was, so unprofessional. My Dad and I ended up finding the issue and fixed my car at no cost.

Having dealt with Bruce and his crew for a number of years, I can attest to being treated with professionalism, courtesy, fair pricing, expedient service, and most of all, honesty.

Complete scam! Took my van in for service and noticed the brakes were making noise, took it to another mechanic and the mechanic noticed half the work that NJB charged me for… was not done!! To top it off, he kept insisting I pay cash.. which I DID NOT! DO NOT GO HERE! He is a liar and scumbag.

NJB auto shop did an amazing job to my husband’s car, the car had a continuously problem for so long, we had spent so much money on wrong diagnoses we were given before, So thankful we’ve found NJB auto shop I highly recommend them, they are very honest and they take their time to diagnose your car correctly, You won’t regret coming here . 10 Stars to NJB auto service .
