1 star only because there is no 0 star If you’re thinking about bringing your car here, do yourself a favor and drive past this place like your life depends on it. This place seems more like a retirement home than an auto body shop . The workmanship? Embarrassing. My car came out looking like they painted it with a mop in the dark. The attention to detail? Nonexistent. They somehow managed to introduce new issues I didn’t even come in for. Every panel they touched looks like it was “fixed” by someone who just discovered what a tool is. The communication? Trash. The only thing consistent was the excuses. If you enjoy being ignored, talked in circles, and treated like you’re interrupting their personal day, then congratulations — you’ve found paradise.

I had a great experience at Phil's both times. Scott and Richie are bith very personable and thoughtful. They walked me through the process and the possibilities of what the repair might entail and got the job done earlier than expected. I felt well taken care of and respected. I highly recommend them.
