N&M Diesel

We cannot say enough good things about N&M Diesel. We were traveling from Missouri to Washington State when our truck suddenly started blowing black smoke and lost a significant amount of power, about the worst thing that can happen while you’re on the road. Even though it was a Saturday evening after hours, he answered his phone and took the time to walk my husband through a few checks over the phone. From that conversation alone, he knew the truck needed to be seen in person. We were still about four hours away, so we grabbed a hotel and he met us Sunday morning, even though he was closed. My 1996 Ford F-250 XLT Diesel started running really rough and Nick was able to figure out the issue quickly and got my truck back to me within three days. Also when I came to pickup the truck he showed me the parts that had gone bad and explained it to me, very honest and helpful. Back in August I was in need of e brake repair and was experiencing an issue with my four wheel drive. In ID for work I found N&M and I couldn't be more pleased. After dropping my dually off I found out I had to leave for work much sooner than anticipated. Nick arranged for my truck to be repaired ASAP and diagnosed my non urgent 4 wheel drive issue. Our vehicle was stuck in 4-wheel drive, and these guys went above and beyond to repair it. Even worked after their normal hours to finish the job. We’re completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

The turbo on my truck went out while driving through Idaho and we had to stop in Mountain Home to get it replaced. I called N&M diesel and they came right out to look at my truck. Once they found the issue they were quick to repair it. They got my family and I back on the road. The price was less than I thought it would be and the service was great.
