I had a good experience with the sales person, but I’ve been trying to cancel a warranty for the last 10 days. I still have not received a email to cancel it. Also have not received an update on the car payoff. It’s been a terrible experience since the purchase.

The used vehicle I was interested in was listed online at $11,994, with a $500 off coupon bringing it to $11,494, yet the quoted total ended up roughly $2,500 higher before taxes once additional items and fees were added. I tried to resolve it directly but never received a clear explanation. I’m leaving my original review below for context; the contrast speaks for itself. _____ ORIGINAL REVIEW There is so much to love about this dealership, where we were most fortunate to pick up a fantastic used car for our daughter. Staff: Friendly, attentive, honest and courteous - They stayed late to let us come and check out the car that we purchased and were
