Drove 4 hrs to this lot, to purchase a car. Was told the car was ok no issues and ready to go. Frankie knew the car had issues and check engine on. Camshaft code showed on computer. He is refusing to refund my deposit. First he said car is ok and that he didn’t know of any lights on Than he said his auto-zone guys told hit it was a sensor. Great job guys, i hope you use that $500.00 deposit that your keeping from me on medical care. Worse place ever. Be careful people this guy is a crook. Worst experience ever.

I recommend calling if they have something you like. I drive past Nonnie's Motors a couple times every day. While I was in the market for a used car, I saw the perfect one on the lot one night. I did some research and then called Nonnie's about it. I was impressed by how personable Frankie was. He was transparent with me and invited me down to test drive. He offered a fair price and within 3 hours of the test drive, I left the proud owner of a new (used) car that will make my 16 year old son very happy.

DO NOT purchase a car here. as a high school student being 4000 dollars in debt in car repairs is ridiculous. I was told the car i was purchasing had nothing wrong with it, I believed him. it had breaks so bad that could have gone out on the high way, no AC, broken sway bar links, Broken fuel level sensor, replaced both front and rear struts and so much more. Do not trust this man. every month my check engine light comes on. He will tell you about his nonnies values and how he sleeps easy at night and he will lie. I have never felt so cheated in my life

Nicest guy I’ve met! Best place to get a car in Warren! Go see Frank he will fix you up good! I went to buy a Gucci edition Fiat and it was already sold, but he sold me a guitar instead! Rock on!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The dealer was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing little interest in helping customers. Instead of answering questions respectfully, they were short and unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the vehicles being sold, and unfortunately, this place falls short. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here
