Jaime Farias is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with! He gave me a very reasonable up front quote and even came in under budget upon completion! Jaime kept in touch regarding progress and my car was ready very much ahead of schedule, complete with beautiful detailing inside & out!! I highly recommend Norm Reeves, especially if you need tire alignment for your new tires. I got new tires from Costco Tires Center, but they didn’t do alignment, so I went to Norm Reeves to get serviced. I had an easeful process, and it was thanks to Ms. Nicole who was so attentive, professional, and courteous. She made me feel taken care. I recently took my car to Norm Reeves Honda Service for a simple oil change. I waited an hour and a half in their customer lounge, which I understood since I had an appointment and knew it could take time. What I didn’t expect was to be told afterward that my car had been hit by one of their service drivers while it was parked. The service manager, Abnez, who usually helps me, informed me about the accident and tried to make the situation sound better by offering to fix the additional scuff underneath the bumper and waive the oil change cost. While that was appreciated, I believe any dealership should take full responsibility for damage they cause, not try to soften the situation by offering unrelated fixes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO Norm Reeves Auto Body I strongly advise against taking your car to Norm Reeves Auto Body even if it is your absolute last resort. My experience there after filing an insurance claim with American Family Connect in January was exceptionally poor. Initially, I was quoted a two-week timeline for the repairs to be completed. However, after three weeks, I was informed the car was ready. Upon inspection, the condition was, frankly, worse than when I had dropped it off. Several significant issues were immediately apparent: Poor Cleanup: There were white residues and stains everywhere, particularly noticeable in the gaps between panels.
