We have purchased four vehicles from Norm Reeves of Port Charlotte and Roy has helped us every time. They are fair and have excellent customer service. Roy always reaches out to see if we need anything else and we trust him to find us what we are looking for every time. Norm Reeves of Port Charlotte and Roy will always be our first stop when looking for vehicles! We service our vehicles there for any recalls and oil changes, hardly ever need any repairs on a Honda, mostly just standard maintenance items. Great sales and service all around!

What a great experience! Our initial contact was Hayley who was friendly and helpful. She turned us over to Brandon Jordan. Brandon was great! He answered all of our many questions and sent us more pictures of the Mini we were interested in immediately after our initial conversation. We are in Arizona and so we were expecting the transaction to be much more complicated than it was. We agreed on a price and Juan in finance made sure we had a smooth transaction and handled all of the documentation between states. A special Thank you! to Brandon for staying late to make sure our Mini was loaded onto the Transport and even sent us pictures.
