had an appointment at 7:40 AM for a basic service and diagnostic after hitting a curb. It’s now 2:00 PM, and I was just told my car is still being worked on. That’s over six hours of waiting for something that should’ve taken one to two hours at most. I understand dealerships can get busy, but this kind of delay — especially with an appointment — is unacceptable. Communication about wait times has been poor, and it’s frustrating to spend nearly a whole day here. I won’t be returning to this location unless they seriously improve their scheduling and service efficiency.

Had an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor tells me it's going to be 4 hours because they have a lot of cars already there. What's the point of an appointment. Tells me to come in Tuesday or Wednesday at 7 in the morning. Seriously. Appointments shouldn't be an option.

This has been the most inconvenient and unacceptable experience. We dropped off our car Friday morning 12/8 - appt was 8:20am. We did not receive any updates all day on Friday. I took the initiative to call the dealership Friday afternoon roughly 3:30pm but never received a call back, since the lady who picked up said the technician, Robert, was in the middle of something. Unfortunately, Saturday, we again did not receive a call. We did attempt to call again, but this time the multiple times we tried calling throughout the day, the lines were busy. Since we did not know the status of our vehicle, I ended up borrowing a car and driving to the dealership to check what's going on. Sadly, Robert was not working the weekend (from what I was told) and did not leave any notes as far as updates o

Great service from Jonathan! Job well done, is the only one that goes beyond, meet me expectation. He should be promote. Also the others couple crew that I meet before him should lear from him to improve in costumer service.
