Had an after hours breakdown. Had to blindly tow car somewhere, picked Norman brothers based on reviews. Straight to the point no hassle, car in and out quicker than expected under the circumstances of not having an appointment, and left not feeling overcharged like so many places. Very reasonable prices and offerers a 10% Military discount!!!

I HIGHLY recommend. My car’s issue was repaired at a lower price than quoted. Although it was an exceptional circumstance due to the repair being more simple than expected, they were honest with me which is all a person can ask for. I worked with Mr. Raymond and he provided me great customer service and TRUSTWORTHINESS which is hard to find today in any field.
