Norman's Tire Center

I purchased some tires the last week in june... they wrote on my receipt that the tire rod will need to be replaced soon... by me being a female knowing I don't have much knowledge... I felt like once they was bout to install my tires they should have came out and asked did I want that repaired along with the tire to avoid getting 2 alignments and also to avoid the tire from being eaten up if not replaced... not even two months this how my tires looked... of course I know folks want to make money but what happened to proactively letting a customer be made aware of what could happen if not fixed bc I definitely would have tacked that on at the same time... not just write on the invoice after the prior work was completed ... o and the receptionist curses at you and very unprofessional bc I c

Had my starter in my 2015 CRV replaced. Bought the part online from Rock Auto and had Norman Tire Center replaced it. Have been working flawlessly for over a month now. Highly recommend.

Was very satisfied. He drove my car and knew exactly what was wrong with it. Had it fixed in just a few hours. Longest part of the wait was waiting on the part from the dealership. Costed way less than expected, friendly guys, very honest.
