Norm's Tires

Saved the day on a Saturday when our vehicle got a flat. They came to us, took the tire off, and brought a new one back in under an hour. Amazing, friendly service.

I ordered 4 tires online and needed them installed (mount, balance, new valve stems). I called and messaged at least 6 other shops to include 2 Walmart locations. One other shop in Missouri Valley (Tire) messaged back quoting me $160. Norms was the only one that answered their phone. She assured me she could get me in quickly and quoted me $20 a tire. I showed up 2 hours later, waited for one vehicle ahead of me. My services were done in under an hour. I also had them replace my dry rotting spare tire with one of the old tires. My total bill was $100.25. Norms will be getting all of my local tire install needs. One note, bring cash, or they do charge a small fee for card payments to cover the fee they get charged. Sharon & her crew were efficient, fair, & friendly. Service was good, they did a great job of taking care of my problem, & I was on my way for the rest of the day, without having to worry about whether or not a thorough job had been done. Kudos!

The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because I had been here before and the people were nice. My last experience, I had talked to a woman the day before about needing a tire. The drivers side tire was a 215/60r16, so said that's what I needed for the passenger side. Said they didn't have that used, but could order 1. Next day, they put the tire on, and went my merry way. Started hearing the tire rub every left turn. I don't drive much being disabled, but noticed it again taking the grandkids to school. Looked at the tire, they put a 215/65r16 on the car, not what I asked for, and way to big. Called when I realized this, and they said now it was used, can't do anything about it. They didn't have what I needed in stock, and couldn't order it. Told me to use it as a spare. Will not recomme
