When my lawnmower wouldn’t start, I called them and they had a technician out a few hours later. Diagnosed it as a broken cable and took it in for repair. They had the part in so I had my lawnmower back the next day. That is a pretty good turnaround
Matt the Service Manager was great to work with this past week. His team tuned up two of my mowers and got them in tip top shape for the mowing season. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and Matt's very caring attitude. They charged a fair price for the service provided. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend them to others.
I came for information. The parts men were vert helpful, even knowing I live 1500 miles away and would not be spending any money there
