North Bay Ford Service

I have had good experiences in the past, but this service visit was not. Took over six weeks to schedule and over a month to complete the work. When I did pick up the vehicle one battery terminal was incredibly loose and the power seat and mirror which worked fine when I dropped it off were non-operational. On the positive side, they convinced the extended warranty company to pay for most of the work.

I have had my cars serviced at North Bay Ford for a few decades which indicates the level of satisfaction and confidence I have in their staff. This specific visit was a regular maintenance service with oil and filter change, battery test, fluid check, brake inspection, tire inspection and so forth. The service was fast, friendly, and thorough. A technician specialized in my Shelby was assigned to the car and the team kept me informed of progress verbally as well as through text messages while I waited. My overall experience was very positive, quick, and easy.
